Making Egg Salad is crazy easy. Chop your hard-boiled eggs, onions, carrots, and dill. Add splashes of paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix everything with Miracle Whip and Dijon mustard, and enjoy! The hardest part is deciding how to eat it!
Ingredients
- 8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- Hard boil the eggs over the stove, in the oven, or air fryer. We use one of these egg cookers and love it! It’s an excellent job for kids and helpers in the kitchen.
- I will grate the eggs for little kids. This helps reduce any choking hazard and makes the food easier to eat and more appealing.
- 1/4 cup tablespoon diced carrot
- We enjoy the additional flavor, color, and crunch of carrots in egg salad, but they can be left out if desired.
