How to make Energy Bars
These energy bite bars are easy as 1,2,3. Simply mix ingredients together, press into pan, freeze, cut to size and enjoy! It really is that easy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oatmeal, peanut butter, honey, seeds and vanilla together. Add and mix in chocolate chips!
- Pour and spread into a jelly pan lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for at least 20 minutes, remove from pan and cut into any size you want!

Energy Bite Bar Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 ⅓ cups honey
- 1 cup flax seed
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. I use my stand mixer.
- Line a 10×15 baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture onto the parchment paper and press down evenly with spatula. I usually press down to make even with height of the sides of the baking sheet. This may or may not fill entire pan.
- Freeze for 20 minutes.
- Pull out of baking sheet by parchment paper and put on cutting board. Cut into 1.5in x 1.5in squares and store in a 9 x 13 Tupperware container.
- Refrigerate up to 2 weeks and Enjoy!

These are so good. I tried them with crunchy peanut butter. I added a little extra honey to help since crunchy pb is more dry. I will make them again for sure!
