- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar, light or dark
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup

- 8 ounces cream cheese, 1 block softened at room temperature
- 1/4 cup salted butter, softened at room temperature
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Directions for Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Icing
First, preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 10×15-inch baking sheet with cooking oil.
Then, in a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
Next, in a medium bowl, whisk or blend together the oil, eggs, brown sugar, sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until fully combined, scraping the bottom and sides as needed.
