- Thicker pork chops will not dry out as quickly as thin pork chops.
- 15 ounces of peaches in syrup
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- A small to medium onion, sliced
- 2 jalapenos, diced with seeds removed, or one big jalapeno
- For a more mild flavor, use less jalapenos.

Directions for Slow Cooker Peach Pork Chops
First, place the pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker. Add the barbeque sauce, peaches with liquid, onions, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top of the pork chops. Lightly spread the ingredients around to cover the pork chops.
Then cook on low for 3-4 hours until the pork chops are done and tender when pierced with a fork. internal temperature should be at least 165°F. Finally, once completely cooked, transfer the pork chops to a serving dish, spoon the peaches and barbeque sauce on top, and serve hot. Enjoy!
