How to make Peach Pork Chops

Making peach pork chops is a dump-and-go slow cooker recipe with a bit of layering. I really can’t make a recipe with less steps!

A fresh slice of jalapeno along with cooked peaches and onions on top of a tender pork chop plated and ready to eat!

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops, thick chops preferred
    • Thicker pork chops will not dry out as quickly as thin pork chops.
  • 15 ounces of peaches in syrup
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • A small to medium onion, sliced
  • 2 jalapenos, diced with seeds removed, or one big jalapeno
    • For a more mild flavor, use less jalapenos.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
Ingredients to Slow cooker peach pork chops: thick pork chops, peaches, bbq sauce, onions, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

Directions for Slow Cooker Peach Pork Chops

First, place the pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker. Add the barbeque sauce, peaches with liquid, onions, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top of the pork chops. Lightly spread the ingredients around to cover the pork chops.
