1poundground beef
½cuponionchopped
1cupcarrotschopped
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsalt
8ouncescanned mushrooms sliced(2-4oz. cans)
32ouncesbeef broth
12ouncesevaporated milk(1 can)
16ouncesegg noodles
8ouncessour cream
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion, salt, garlic powder, and carrots until beef is no longer pink and carrots are soft. Do NOT Drain!
Add in beef broth, milk, mushrooms, and egg noodles. Bring it all to a boil and simmer 7-9 minutes until the noodles are done and most of the liquid is gone. Stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until combined. Enjoy!
