Pull Apart Pizza Muffin
Packed full of cheese and pepperoni, these fluffy and light Pull Apart Pizza Muffins made from biscuits make the perfect easy dinner main or fun appetizer!
Servings 24 muffins
- 16 Grand Biscuits
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons basil chopped
- 5 ounces pepperoni coarsly chopped
- optional pizza toppings
Open your biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces with a pizza cutter or scissors. Then place them in a large bowl and coat them with olive oil.
Add the coarsely chopped pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, and chopped basil. Mix well.
Lightly grease the muffin tin with cooking spray. Then fill each spot with around 3-4 biscuit pieces and pizza mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Remove them from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve them with marinara or pasta sauce for dipping! Enjoy!
