18.4ouncebox brownie mix, use any 9x13-in "family-size" brownie mixplus all box ingredients
2cupspowdered sugar
½cupbuttersoftened to room temperature
1cupspeanut butter
6Tablespoonsbutter
6ouncessemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
In a 9x13-inch baking pan, make the brownies according to the box directions and let them cool completely.
Blend together the powdered sugar, softened 1/2 cup of butter, and peanut butter using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer. Then spread the peanut butter filling over the cooled brownies. Chill the brownies in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Melt the 6T and chocolate chips together in the microwave or on the stovetop, watching carefully to prevent the chocolate from burning.
Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the peanut butter filling, and let it cool completely before cutting. Cool the brownies in the refrigerator for an hour to speed things up and help them set nicely. Enjoy!
