Cauliflower Buffalo Bites

Ingredients

  • cups caulifower florets 1 head
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • Ranch optional side sauce

Instructions

  • Prepare the cauliflower: Cut the cauliflower into uniform pieces, then wash and drain.
  • Place the cauliflower in a large bowl, add the buffalo sauce, and toss until all pieces are coated. Then place the coated cauliflower in an even layer on a parchment paper-lined sheet pan.
  • Roast the cauliflower in a preheated oven at 425°F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. Bites are done when they are easily pierced with a fork. Enjoy!
  • Remove the cauliflower bites from the oven, and serve immediately with optional sides of celery, Ranch, or other dipping sauce. Enjoy!
