Easy Cranberry Jello

This Easy Cranberry Jello recipe is a 3-ingredient recipe of whole berry cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple with juice, and delicious raspberry jello! It’s a simple recipe that makes the holidays a little sweeter for guests of all ages!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces raspberry jello 2- 3 ounce packages or 1 family-size 6 ounce package
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple in juice, do NOT drain
  • 14 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce
  • cups water, divided 1 cup boiling hot water, ½ cup cold water
  • Reddi Whip, Cool Whip, or whipped topping optional; for garnish

Instructions

  • Spray the inside of a 9x9-inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray.
  • Add the jello gelatin to a medium mixing bowl and add 1 cup of hot, boiling water. Whisk for about 2 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Then, stir in 1/2 cup of cold water.
  • Now, add the whole can of crushed pineapple with juice and whole-berry cranberry sauce. Stir until it's thoroughly combined.
  • Pour the jello into the greased baking dish, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours(up to 3 days) until the jello is completely set. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or Reddi Whip. Enjoy!

Notes

Please Note: This cranberry jello recipe can be prepared up to three days in advance. Store it in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and just before serving, add whipped topping for garnish.
