Ingredients
2cupsmilk
4eggs
3tablespoonsbuttermelted
2tablespoons sugar
2teaspoon vanilla
½teaspoonsalt
1½cupflour
Instructions
Blend all ingredients together in a blender for 20 seconds or until well combined. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
Lightly greae skillet with cooking spray (8”-12” skillet), place on low heat and add 1/3cup batter. Cook until slightly brown and flip. About 1-2 minutes per side.
Fold in half on a serving platter. Top and fill with your favorite breakfast condiments and sides. Table syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, Redi whip, and sausage and eggs are some of our family's go-to combinations. Keep warm and serve immediately. Enjoy!
