Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • cup flour

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender for 20 seconds or until well combined. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 minutes.
  • Lightly greae skillet with cooking spray (8”-12” skillet), place on low heat and add 1/3cup batter. Cook until slightly brown and flip. About 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Fold in half on a serving platter. Top and fill with your favorite breakfast condiments and sides. Table syrup, powdered sugar, fresh fruit, Redi whip, and sausage and eggs are some of our family's go-to combinations. Keep warm and serve immediately. Enjoy!
