Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground sausage
  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce/ coconut amnios
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ Tablespoon sesame seeds
  • ½ cup green onions chopped
  • 2-4 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  • Cook the sausage in a large skillet until it is no longer pink, stirring occasionally to break it up into small pieces. Then, drain off any excess grease.
  • Mix in the coleslaw, soy sauce/coconut aminos, ground ginger, and garlic powder. Cook on medium heat until the coleslaw mix begins to wilt, about 5 minutes. The cabbage should be turning opaque but not completely limp. Stir to incorporate the flavors as it cooks.
