Wet Ingridents
3eggsbeaten
1¼cupsmilk
¾cupoil
2teaspoonlemon extract
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1¼cupssugar
Dry Ingredients
2¼cups flour
2tablespoonspoppy seeds
1tablespoonbaking powder
Instructions
Combine the dry ingredients (flour, seeds, and baking powder) in a bowl and set aside.
In a sperate bowl, mix the wet ingridients (eggs, milk, oil, extracts, and sugar) together.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Do not overmix.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. (I used TWO loaf pans for this recipe.)
Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle of the loaf. Enjoy!
