Stove Top Easy Turkey Bake

A great leftover Thanksgiving turkey recipe with refreshing broccoli and cheese, and topped with flavorful Stove Top Turkey Stuffing. It's an easy casserole that keeps you out of the kitchen in the days following the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Stove Top Stuffing for Turkey 1 box
  • 1⅔ cups hot water
  • 4 cups cooked and chopped turkey
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli thawed and drained
  • 10¾ ounces comdensed cream of chicken soup
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Then lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking oil.
  • Mix the hot water and stuffing in a medium bowl, then set it aside.
  • Then mix the thawed broccoli and turkey and spread them evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, milk, and cheddar cheese. Layer this evenly over the broccoli and turkey.
  • Sprinkle the prepared stuffing mix on top.
  • Bake the turkey bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes or until heated through. Then remove it from the oven and serve it warm. Enjoy!
