Ingredients

  • 1 pound browned ground beef
  • 14.5 ounces canned corn 1 can, undrained
  • 15.25 ounces canned green beans 1 can, undrained
  • 10 ounces Rotel 1 can, undrained
  • 14.5 ounces stewed tomatoes 1 can(or 2 cans to thin soup)
  • 15 ounces tomato sauce 1 can
  • 15.5 ounces chili beans 1 can, undrained
  • 15.25 ounces black beans 1 can, drained and rinsed
  • 1 ounce Ranch seasoning packet 1 packet
  • 1 ounce taco seasoning packet 1 packet

Garnish

  • sour cream
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • tortilla chips

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together in a large stock pot and let simmer for 2 hours.
    **We do not usually have two hours to let it simmer, so just make sure the soup gets good and hot before serving. The longer it simmers, the better up to two hours.
    Top individual servings of 7-can taco soup with a dollop of sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, and crushed tortilla chips. Enjoy!
