Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 ounce Ranch seasoning 1 packet
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons chives or green onions chopped
  • 5 extra-large flour tortillas or 4 lavash breads

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese and sour cream together with a hand-held mixer until smooth. Then, mix in the Ranch seasoning packet and dried dill.
  • Next, stir in the bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives with a spatula.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among the five tortillas and spread the filling into a thin layer.
  • Gently roll each tortilla tightly. Place them seam-side down in an airtight container. Chill in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  • Once chilled, cut each tortilla into 1/2 -- 1-inch sections. *Please note that if you use tortillas, you will have to cut off the loose ends first. Place the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Roll Ups on a platter, serve chilled, and enjoy!

Notes

  • While real bacon is always the best option, you can also use bacon bits if you're short on time.
  • Try your favorite flavored cream cheese or tortilla wrap for a custom roll-up!
  • Add in extra vegetables for more flavor and color!
