- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 ounce Ranch seasoning packet, 1 packet
- 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
- 1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- Cook and chop the bacon beforehand to save time!
- 2 Tablespoons chives or green onions
- 5 extra large flour tortillas, can also use lavash bread

First, in a medium mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese and sour cream together with a hand-held mixer until smooth. Then, mix in the Ranch seasoning packet and dried dill.
Next, stir in the bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives with a spatula.
Then, divide the mixture evenly among the five tortillas and spread the filling into a thin layer.
Now, gently roll each tortilla tightly. Place them seam-side down in an airtight container. Chill in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Once chilled, cut each tortilla into 1/2 — 1-inch sections. *Please note that if you use tortillas, you will have to cut off the loose ends first. Place the Bacon Cheddar Ranch Roll Ups on a platter, serve chilled, and enjoy!
