1½cupsminute rice
1cup water
½teaspoon salt
¼cupbutter
¼cuponionchopped
¼cupcelerychopped
10¾ouncescream of celery soup1 can
10¾ouncescream of mushroom soup1 can
1bagfrozen broccoli florets10-12 ounces
1cupVelveeta cheeseor other processed American cheese
Instructions
Lightly spray your crockpot with cooking spray or line it with a crocpot liner. Add all ingridents, mix and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low. Stir occasionally. Enjoy!
