Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole
Ingredients
- 1½ cups minute rice
- 1 cup water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup onion chopped
- ¼ cup celery chopped
- 10¾ ounces cream of celery soup 1 can
- 10¾ ounces cream of mushroom soup 1 can
- 1 bag frozen broccoli florets 10-12 ounces
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese or other processed American cheese
Instructions
- Lightly spray your crockpot with cooking spray or line it with a crocpot liner. Add all ingridents, mix and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 5-6 hours on low. Stir occasionally. Enjoy!
