Why this Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole?
It tastes ah-mazing. Cheesy and oh-so-creamy, my family will eat this casserole right up! Even the leftovers are treasured!
It’s easy to make. So easy, you can’t mess it up! You simply dump in all the ingredients, stir occasionally, and eat! OH and if you are not a fan of(or don’t have it in the pantry) cream of mushroom you can just add more cream of celery. Also, I cheat and sometimes don’t add the celery.
It’s great as a warm side for busy holiday dinners. Because it cooks well in the crockpot, you can prep early and then get on with all the holiday fuss without worrying about food!
It’s still really good. Slow-cooked to perfection. Like it with crisp broccoli? Set your timer earlier. Want it to melt in your mouth? Cook for just a bit longer! Yummy!!! Why not just make this broccoli cheese rice casserole recipe for yourself and see?
