Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 33 ounces chocolate chip cookie dough 2- 16.5 ounce premade cookie dough tubes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1 block
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Lightly spray the 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking oil. Then spread out and flatten 1 and 1/4 tubes of cookie dough on the entire bottom of the pan. **If you need more dough, you can borrow up to an extra 1/4 of a tube.**
  • In a medium mixing bowl, cream the cream cheese, sugar, and egg together. Spread the cheesecake batter on the cookie dough in the baking pan.
  • Now crumble and sprinkle the remaining cookie dough on top of the cheesecake batter. Keeping the dough cold will result in less mess.
  • Bake at 350°F for around 25-30 minutes.
    **Cool completely for around 2-3 hours.** These chocolate chip cheesecake cookie bars freeze well and taste amazing frozen. My family prefers them cold from the refrigerator or freezer.
