Crockpot Mac and Cheese

The savory goodness of macaroni noodles slow-cooked in butter, milk, and Velveeta cheese is just the beginning of what this crockpot mac and cheese can do.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow noodles To strech this recipe further, you can add up to ½ cup more noodels.
  • 4 cups milk
  • 16 ounce Velveeta cheese or melty cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Lightly grease the crockpot with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients into a crockpot and cook for 2-3 hours on high or until noodles are soft. Stir occationally.

Notes

  1. To thicken the sauce, cook with the lid removed for 10-15 minutes. 
  2. Garnish with your choice of toppings.
