2-4tortillasWe use extra large tortillas, any size works.
Instructions
Make the homemade sauce: Mix the sour cream, taco seasoning, garlic salt, and hot sauce until completely combined. Taste the sauce and add more taco seasoning/hot sauce to taste.
Spread a generous amount of sauce on half of a flour tortilla. Then, add a sprinkling of cooked shredded chicken and cheddar cheese on top and fold the tortilla in half.
In a large skillet or on a hot griddle, cook the quesadilla until heated through, the cheese is melted, and it's browning. Slice and serve with extra dipping sauce on the side.
