Ingredients

  • 8 large hard-boiled eggs roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup carrot diced
  • 1 teasppon dill chopped
  • ½ cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • paprika a dash or two
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine and mix all ingredients. Store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. Enjoy!
