Add all ingredients in a large bowl and mix. I use my stand mixer.
Line a 10x15 baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture onto the parchment paper and press down evenly with spatula. I usually press down to make even with height of the sides of the baking sheet. This may or may not fill entire pan.
Freeze for 20 minutes.
Pull out of baking sheet by parchment paper and put on cutting board. Cut into 1.5in x 1.5in squares and store in a 9 x 13 Tupperware container.
