As a dessert that's 90% crunchy, sweet Golden Grahams cereal mixed with a creamy and chewy chocolate sauce and puffy marshmallows, these Golden Grahams S'mores Bars were a 90s kid's dream and still make my mouth water today!

Ingredients
8cupsGolden Grahams cereal
5½cupsmini marshmallows(1-10 oz bag)divided
1½cupsmilk chocolate chips
¼cuplight corn syrup
5tablespoonsbutter
1teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
Lightly butter/grease a 9x13 baking pan and measure cereal into a large bowl.
In a saucepan on low heat, melt the chocolate chips along with the syrup and butter stirring frequently. Mix in the vanilla. Then add marshmallows gradually to melt as well. Reserve at least one cup of marshmallows for later.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal and coat the cereal by stirring carefully. Add the additional marshmallows and toss.
Lastly, Pour the cereal mixture into the 9x13 pan and press down with a buttered spoon to pack. Cool for at least one hour before serving. Best if eaten fresh! Store loosely covered at room temperature for up to 5 days.
