1cupnuts, two different kindswalnuts and cashews or pecans and almonds
½cupoatmealOld Fashion and Quick Oats work
2Tablespoonschia seeds
½teaspoon salt
2½teaspoonsavocado oilany oil
2Tablespoonspure maple syrup
Frozen mixed berries or fruit2 cups at least
Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375°F.Then, combine the chopped nuts, oats, chia seeds, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a small bowl, mix the oil and syrup. Pour the oil and syrup mixture over the nut and oats and stir until everything is evenly coated.
