Ingredients

  • 1 cup nuts, two different kinds walnuts and cashews or pecans and almonds
  • ½ cup oatmeal Old Fashion and Quick Oats work
  • 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoons avocado oil any oil
  • 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • Frozen mixed berries or fruit 2 cups at least

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375°F.
    Then, combine the chopped nuts, oats, chia seeds, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix the oil and syrup. Pour the oil and syrup mixture over the nut and oats and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  • Spread the granola evenly in a thin layer on the prepared baking pan. Bake it at 375°F for 10-15 minutes.
    Then, remove it from the oven and let the granola cool completely. Once cooled, break it into small pieces. Serve with frozen fruit, and enjoy!
