- 1 cup of nuts, two different kinds, chopped
- Combinations could be pecans and almonds or cashews and walnuts
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, Old Fashion, and Quick Oats both work.
- 2 Tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons avocado oil
- 2 Tablespoons pure maple syrup
- Frozen mixed berries or fruit, 2 cups at least

First, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 375°F.
Next, combine the chopped nuts, oats, chia seeds, and salt in a medium bowl.
Then, in a small bowl, mix the oil and syrup. Pour the oil and syrup mixture over the nut and oats and stir until everything is evenly coated.
Finally, spread the granola evenly in a thin layer on the prepared baking pan. Bake it at 375°F for 10-15 minutes. Then, remove it from the oven and let the granola cool completely. Once cooled, break it into small pieces. Serve with frozen fruit, and enjoy!

Homemade granola can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. Avoid storing it in highly humid places.
