Ingredients
1½poundsbroccoli florets(about one bunch)cut into even pieces, washed, and set aside
4tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
½lemonjuiced (about 1 tablespoon)
2clovesgarlicminced
¼teaspoonsalt
balck pepper to taste
¼cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Combine the extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl and toss with broccoli.
Then line a large baking sheet with broccoli so every piece is touching the sheet.
Roast at 425°F for about 17-20 minutes. Broccoli with be easily pierced with a fork and tender when done.
Remove the broccoli from the oven and toss with black pepper and parmesan cheese to taste. Enjoy!
