Slow Cooker Peach Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops thick chops perferred
  • 15 ounces canned peaches in syrup
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 small to medium onion sliced
  • 1-2 jalapenos seeds removed and diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the pork chops in the bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker. Add the barbeque sauce, peaches with liquid, sliced onions, diced jalapenos, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top of the pork chops. Lightly spread the ingredients around to cover the pork chops.
  • Cook on low for 3-4 hours until the pork chops are done and tender when pierced with a fork. internal temperature should be at least 165°F. Finally, once completely cooked, transfer the pork chops to a serving dish, spoon the peaches and barbeque sauce on top, and serve hot. Enjoy!
