Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk chocolate can be bakers chocolate, chips, or chocolate bar
  • cups Golden Grahams slightly crushed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  • In a medium microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate by microwaving it 30 seconds at a time. Stir the chocolate in between each interval and be careful not to scorch the chocolate.
  • Once the milk chocolate is melted, stir in 1 cup of the Golden Grahams and 1 cup of the mini marshmallows. Pour the chocolate onto a large 10x17-inch rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Then spread the chocolate out evenly into a thin layer.
  • Sprinkle the remaining Golden Grahams and mini marshmallows on top and press them down lightly into the melted milk chocolate with the back of the spatula.
  • Keeping the baking sheet level, place it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Remove the frozen s'more bark from the freezer and cut it into snack-size pieces. Enjoy!
Storing: We prefer the extra crunch from it being chilled so we like to eat s'mores bark from an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can keep s'mores on the counter in an airtight container as well as long as it doesn't sit in the sun or get too warm from the stove or oven. Eat it within a week or two.
