1cupsalted butter, 2 sticksmelted and cooled slightly
1¾cupsugardivided
3large eggs
1tablespoonvanilla extract
2cupsflour
1½teaspoonscream of tartar

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray your 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Combine the melted butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl with a whisk.
Stir in the flour, cream of tartar, and salt until combined, then spread the dough evenly into the baking dish. *The dough will be thick.
Mix the remaining 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Then sprinkle it on the dough. *Swirl half the cinnamon sugar into the dough by dragging a knife through the dough. Then pat the dough down a bit before baking.
Bake the Snickerdoodle bars for about 25 minutes until the edges of the pan are set, but the center is still soft. Remove the dish from the oven and cool completely.Finally, cut the bars into squares and enjoy!
