Ingredients
1 poundground beef
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1teaspoon minced, dried onion
½teaspoon black pepper
¼teaspoon salt
26ouncesfresh or frozen hash browns
10.5ouncescheddar cheese soup
1 ounce taco seasoning1 packet
2cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with garlic powder, minced onion powder, black pepper, and salt until no longer pink. Drain off the excess fat.
In a large bowl, mix the frozen hash browns, taco seasoning, ground beef, cheddar cheese soup, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Add the mixture to the baking dish, spread evenly, and top with the remaining shredded cheese.Bake the Taco Hashbrown Casserole for 25-30 minutes uncovered. Top with sour cream, salsa, or your favorite taco toppings. Enjoy!
