Ingredients

  • 5 cups mini pretzel twists
  • 5 cup rice Chex or rice squares
  • 4 cups plain Cheerios
  • cups holiday M&Ms 1- 10 ounce bag
  • 1-2 cups salted peanuts optional; if use, then subtract 1 cup of cereal
  • 24 ounces almonda bark 1 package
  • sprinkles for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the mini pretzel twists, rice squares, Cheerios, and optional salted peanuts and toss well.
  • Break apart the almond bark in the package. Once broken apart, place all pieces in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them according to package directions. **Stove top directions: Place pieces in a medium saucepan over low heat and stir constantly until smooth and melted**
  • Pour melted almond bark over the cereal mixture and mix well until all pieces are evenly coated. Add in half of the M&Ms and toss.
  • Finally, spread out in a single layer onto parchment paper on a rimmed baking sheet or the countertop. (This is a large batch, so I use my counter for more room.) Before the chocolate hardens, sprinkle with the remaining M&Ms and holiday sprinkles. Let it sit for one hour or until it's completely hardened. Break into pieces and serve. Enjoy!!
