  • 2 cups orange juice
    • Plup-free orange juice is a kid-friendly favorite orange juice.
  • 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale or 7-up
    • 7 Up and ginger ale are both carbonated drinks, but they have different flavors and ingredients. 7 Up is a lemon-lime soda, while ginger ale is flavored with ginger. Ginger ale can be sweet, gingery, and spicy and can range from pale dry to golden and aromatic. 7 Up is made with 100% natural flavors and is caffeine-free and low in sodium. Ginger ale contains carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, ginger extract, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium benzoate, and caramel color. Ginger ale is usually sweeter than 7 Up.
