- 32 ounces li’l Smokies or Lit’l Smokies
- The amount of little smokies is flexible. Use anywhere from 28 ounces to 48 ounces of smokies for this recipe. The more smokies, the thinner the sauce.
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- We prefer Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ Sauce.
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions for Slow Cooker BBQ Little Smokies
First, stir to combine the BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a slow cooker.


Then add the drained little smokies and stir until they are evenly coated.


Finally, cook the smokies on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Cook on high for 1-2 hours.
