For the Oatmeal Bake:
2 large eggs
2 cups milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional: frozen blueberries or other fresh or frozen fruit
For the Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2-3 teaspoons milk
Instructions for Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Bake
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the wet mixture. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
Pour the oatmeal mixture into a lightly greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Bake it at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set.
