This quick pull apart pizza muffins recipe can be easily customized to dietary needs or to incorporate your favorite pizza toppings so don’t be afraid to experiment. This recipe feeds a crowd so it’s easy to split the batch into different pizza flavors and please all your guests.
Ingredients for Pizza Muffins
1/3 cup olive oil
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons chopped basil
5 oz sliced pepperoni, coarsely chopped
- Mini Pepperoni would work as well!

Pull Apart Pizza Muffins Directions
First, open your biscuits and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces with a pizza cutter or scissors. Then place them in a large bowl and coat them with olive oil.
Then, add the coarsely chopped pepperoni, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan, and chopped basil. Mix well.
Lightly grease the muffin tin with cooking spray. Then fill each spot with around 3-4 biscuit pieces and pizza mixture.
Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
Remove them from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve them with marinara or pasta sauce for dipping! Enjoy!
