This Vegetable Pizza Dip recipe consists of a creamy blend of softened cream cheese, sour cream, Ranch seasoning, and dill weed mixed with fresh broccoli, carrots, bell pepper, and red onion. It’s a fun, no-bake appetizer that transforms classic vegetable pizza into a delicious dip, perfect for any party!

This dip recipe was born from my love for vegetable pizza and my hate for laying out and baking the crust beforehand. The need for a simple way to enjoy the filling of our veggie roll-ups without preplanning or rolling anything up. And to enjoy it all on anything from chips to crackers to my new-found love, pita crackers. This recipe takes all those requirements and wishes and marries them to zesty, fresh vegetables in a cream cheese base dip with Ranch seasoning for what we think is the BEST Vegetable Pizza Dip ever! And we haven’t found a person who has tried it who disagrees!

This Vegetable Pizza Dip has such a good mix of flavors that it will soon become your go-to party dip! It’s easy to whip up and the perfect dip for any cracker, chip, or pretzel! Our children, who don’t love or gravitate to vegetable pizza, were chowing down on this dip. A win, considering there are four cups of vegetables hidden within the dip! However, I think it’s because you can choose the dipper. Choices are everything, and my kids go crazy for a light and super crisp pita chip, but this veggie dip is equally delicious with a classic butter round cracker or pretzel crisp. You could even dip veggies like celery and bell peppers in this Vegetable Pizza Dip to keep it a diet-friendly and gluten-free dip! The possibilities are endless!

How to Make an Easy Veggie Pizza Dip

This simple vegetable pizza dip recipe is a great beginner appetizer dip. Perfect for using up veggies and adding a fresh taste to any holiday party or game-day gathering.

Ingredients for Vegetable Pizza Dip

  • 16 ounces of cream cheese, 2 – 8 ounce blocks, softened at room temperature
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1-ounce Ranch seasoning packet
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups vegetables, chopped or diced
    • A tasty mix is 1 – 1 1/2 cups of broccoli, carrots, and bell peppers.
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Pita crackers, Pretzel crisps, round butter crackers, club crackers, or tortilla chips for dipping

Equipment Used that we LOVE!

We shredded a lot of cheese in our household, and this Hand-Crank Cheese Grater is amazing and has lasted us years. It has multiple barrel sizes for finely shredded cheese(that’s the one I used here), regular shredded cheese, and slicing, too. Check it out!

Serving vegetable pizza dip doesn’t get easier than with pasta bowls like these. With their shallow depth but large surface area, you get a lot of fresh vegetables with the dip, keeping it refreshing and fun! They are the perfect size for party dips!

Instructions for Vegetable Pizza Dip

First, in a medium bowl, cream together the dill weed, Ranch seasoning packet, softened cream cheese, and sour cream.

Next, fold in 3 cups of the chopped vegetables and the shredded cheddar cheese and spread the dip into a shallow bowl(like a pie pan or salad bowl). Garnish with the remaining vegetables and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.

Serve Vegetable Pizza Dip immediately, or store the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Dip with various crackers(pita, club, butter round), pretzels(or pretzel crisps), or tortilla chips. Enjoy!
