Need to use up that bag of apples? Trying to introduce a healthier snack option to your kids? Need a last-minute dish for a potluck or party? If so, this sweet and creamy apple dip is the answer! Slice up those apples, pair it with this dip and watch apples disappear!

Three Ingredient Apple Dip

This is a simple recipe of three pantry staples creamed together for a dip that takes apples to the next level.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Directions

With a handheld mixer, cream together cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Enjoy with freshly cut apple slices.

Block of cream cheese, light brown sugar and vanilla in a bowl; the three ingredients of this creamy apple dip.

What kind of apples work for this dip?

With one part creamy and one part sweet, this apple dip is perfect with all kinds of apples. We actually prefer to slice up a variety of apples to serve along with it like Fuji or Honeycrisp apples. Gala apples are another favorite that are sweet and gentle for kids to eat.

Storing Fruit Dip

In an airtight container, this apple dip stores well in the refrigerator for up to two weeks so you can easily have it ready for mid-morning and after-school snacks, last-minute gatherings, and a quick refreshing side at the neighborhood bbq.

Just be careful, soon you might be having a little bit of apple with your dip and not a little bit of dip with your apples. Enjoy!

More Tasty Snacks

Frozen strawberries, orange juice concentrate, crushed pineapple, and bananas all mixed together and frozen into individual serving size dixie cups is this Fruit Freeze Ups Recipe. The perfect healthy snack for on the go, after school, or anytime!

Here’s something more savory that can be made in just minutes with a few ingredients! Flavorful fresh salsa and melted cheese tucked inside a crunchy toasted flour tortilla makes this Salsa and Cheese Quesadilla Recipe delightfully simple in both execution and taste.

Puppy Chow never disappoints! Creamy chocolate and peanut butter goodness melted over a crisp rice Chex cereal and then coated with powdered sugar is the basis of this easy party dessert that I call puppy chow. This puppy chow(or muddy buddies) recipe is small and simple, perfect for a kids’ snack, and sweet and decadent enough for adults everywhere to love!
