Creamy Ranch Pork Chops in the Slow Cooker
With only a handful of ingredients, this pork chops recipe is quick to memorize and store in your head for an anytime meal on a busy night. Simply combine all ingredients in the slow cooker, set a timer, and a perfectly delicious meal cooks for you!
Ingredients
- 8 boneless pork chops
- You can have anywhere from 6-8 pork chops for this recipe. Cooking times will vary depending on the cut thickness.
- 1-ounce Ranch Seasoning Packet
- 10.5 ounce can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 10.5 ounce can of condensed cream of chicken soup
Directions
First, lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray(or insert a crock pot liner). Then sprinkle the Ranch seasoning on each side of the pork chops as you place them in the slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top.
Then in a medium mixing bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup. Pour this over the pork chops in the slow cooker.
Cook for 4-6 hours on high, 6-8 hours on low, or until the internal temperature is at least 145°F.
Serve pork chops over mashed potatoes or white rice with a green vegetable. Enjoy!
