- 23 ounces marinara sauce, 1 jar
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups dried pasta, broken bite-size lasagna noodles or rotini noodles
- 2 cups of lasagna noodles broken into bite-size pieces is about 5 full-size lasagna noodles.
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tablespoon freshly chopped parsley for garnish
