Since snacking rates higher than actual meals in our house, we try to find healthy ways to snack that are not just raw fruits and vegetables. Frozen yogurt bars to the rescue! They are easy to grab and go and create little mess all while keeping health in mind. That’s a win for me!

Plus, this is a frozen snack idea that perfect for using up fruits that are going bad soon, making fresh berries last longer, and super easy to customize to specific diets.

Frozen Yogurt Bars Recipe

By incorporating fresh fruits, I love that this simple snack recipe is sweet like a guilt-free dessert but good for you and your family. This is a four-ingredient snack that can be made up in a flash so healthy eating doesn’t have to be hard.

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces vanilla yogurt
    • Keep it simple. If you do not care for vanilla yogurt or want to cut out some sweetness try greek yogurt or plain yogurt.
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
    • We sliced the bigger berries so they would lay nicer in a thin layer of yogurt.
  • Chocolate for garnish
    • Don’t have chocolate for shaving? Try using a 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or crush up a small chocolate bar.
Ingredients for Frozen Yogurt Bars: Vanilla yogurt, sliced strawberries and blueberries, and chocolate.

Directions

First, line a large 10×17 inch baking sheet with parchment paper and then spread out the yogurt into a thin, even layer.
